Seasonal house blend - this is our original coffee and blend we worked on for three months in the early set up days to create a tasty rounded coffee that has a good dark chocolate and nutty taste from tasty Brazilian coffee and a lift of fruity flavours from Columbian and floral notes from Ethiopian coffee that we believe most people will appreciate this coffee in both espresso based drinks and filter. Delicious both with and without milk. 

Coffee is very much a seasonal product and being small buyers you will find slight variations as we buy in our coffee. They will be the same origins but likely different farms or varieties depending on availabililty. The flavours and tastes of coffeechange depending on the soil, altitude, processing as well as how we roast and how it is brewed. What we always do is purchase great quality that is carefully sourced ensure its ethical and sustainable.
